01Product reference and version
State model, fit style, case shape, finish, color and the reference images or sample date. Ask for the quoted chipset or platform and firmware identifier when relevant. Require written notice if any component, housing or function differs from the reference.
02Functions and performance questions
List required controls, supported audio codecs, microphones, noise-control modes, charging method, battery questions and phone compatibility. Phrase unverified performance as a request for evidence or sample testing, not as an accepted claim.
03Accessories and retail set
Specify the number of earbuds, charging case, cable, ear tips, manual, warranty card and any requested lanyard or spare part. Ask whether the price changes with cable length, plug type, insert material or accessory color.
04Branding and packaging scope
Separate logo on product, logo on case, printed box, sleeve, label, manual, barcode and outer carton. For each item, request artwork format, print method, setup cost, minimum quantity, approval sample and lead-time impact.
05Sample and document package
Request the sample version, sample price, shipping method and expected dispatch date. List documents by exact model and destination. Ask for report numbers and scope before relying on logos printed on product art or packaging.
06Commercial and delivery basis
Record quantity tiers, unit basis, currency, payment schedule, preparation time, quote expiry and Incoterm with named place. Keep product preparation separate from freight transit and customs estimates.
07Change and reorder controls
Ask how long the quoted platform is expected to remain available, which components may change and how buyers are notified. State that substitutions require written approval and that a reorder must reference the last approved product and packaging version.
