01Front-panel identity
Use the controlled model name, product type, correct color image and approved branding. Remove copied trademarks, phone screens or comparison language unless rights and accuracy are established. Keep a clear revision code on the artwork file or approval record.
02Claims and specifications
Match battery, Bluetooth, codec, microphone, noise-control, water-resistance and compatibility statements to the approved evidence and sample. Avoid converting a target, maximum or marketing graphic into an unconditional promise.
03Contents and accessory count
List earbuds, charging case, cable, ear-tip pairs, manual, warranty card and extras exactly as packed. Confirm cable connector and length, ear-tip sizes, paper language and whether optional gifts belong in the standard retail set.
04Instructions and support
Check pairing, charging, control, mode-change, reset, cleaning and battery warnings against the approved version. Use clear diagrams and support contact details. Test the instructions with a person who did not join product development.
05Regulatory and market fields
Create a market checklist for producer, importer or responsible-party details, model identification, declarations, marks, warnings, recycling information and language. Requirements vary by destination; use qualified review before printing.
06Barcode and traceability
Reserve quiet space for the chosen barcode and verify it scans on the printed substrate. Add lot, batch, serial or date coding where the operating plan requires it. Ensure codes connect complaints and returns to the shipped version.
07Physical pack test
Inspect product fit, scratch protection, cable placement, ear-tip retention, manual visibility, closure, seal and opening experience. Run a transit-oriented carton review appropriate to the route and record any crushing, movement or surface damage.
08Outer-carton control
Record units per carton, color mix, carton dimensions, gross and net weight, shipping marks and pallet assumptions. Match these values to the freight quote and purchase order, then verify the first packed carton before dispatch.
